Here's what to expect when you visit Island City Jiu-Jitsu
What to Bring
- •Comfortable athletic clothing (t-shirt, shorts or athletic pants)
- •Water bottle to stay hydrated
- •A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- •Gi (if you have one) for BJJ classes—we train barefoot
When to Arrive
- •Arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts
- •We'll give you a quick tour and introduction
- •You'll be paired with a training partner your level
- •Instructors will help you throughout class
